How the figures are checked
Every figure starts from the operator's own pages, read in both the English and the Bengali version, with the date of the screenshot. Legal status comes from the law rather than from the operator: the Gambling Prevention Act 2026 took effect on 1 July 2026 and replaced the Public Gambling Act 1867, and it covers online betting, remote gambling and the websites and apps used to run it. Blocking is checked against the Bangladesh Telecommunication Regulatory Commission. Payment limits and fees are checked against the published bKash and Nagad pages. Where the two language versions of a site disagree, both are quoted with their dates. Where the operator publishes nothing, the page says nothing.
